LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a national Consumer Product Distribution company to hire an Account Representative. In this role, you will be the liaison between the business and consumer, ensuring orders are received accurately and in a timely manner. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, with experience using an ERP system to take on this role. Our client offers competitive PTO, benefits, a very collaborative team, and an annual paid bonus!


Position Details:

  • Pay: $23-$26 per hour
  • Duration: Direct hire
  • Location: Onsite in Troutdale, OR
  • Hours: M-F, full time, either 8am-5pm or 6:30am-3pm

  • What you will be doing:

  • Order processing
  • Email communication with customers, vendors and the internal Logistics and Account Management teams
  • Working closely with Operations for logistics and scheduling
  • Proactive management of customers orders
  • Using an ERP system to track orders
  • This is NOT a call center customer service type of role - this role is focused on order management and logistics

  • Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Ability to think critically
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
