This is an entry level role, and a great foot in the door into a company that loves to promote from within. POSITION DETAILS:

  • Location: 100% remote
  • Duration: Contract to hire
  • Pay: $19-$21 per hour
  • Hours: M-F, full time, flexible start time

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of office experience (reception, office assistant, administrative assistant, etc)
  • Desire to learn Procurement and/or Supply Chain is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication
  • Great organization skills

  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Assist the Purchasing team
  • Email and phone correspondence with vendors
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Ensure orders are received
  • Be the main point of contact between the Purchasing team and vendors
  • Invoicing
