Customer Service & Support

LHH is seeking an Education Coordinator for a wonderful Real Estate company in Tucker, GA. This coordinator will support the Education Manager and instructors to ensure the successful delivery and administration of educational programs. This role involves coordinating courses, marketing efforts, managing class logistics, and providing instructor and student support. The Education Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the learning experience, ensuring student success, and improving operational efficiency through effective communication, technology use, and data analysis.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Instructor Support

  • Serve as the liaison between instructors and the Education Manager.

  • Confirm course materials are updated and available prior to class.

  • Assist instructors with class setup, technology, and general support.

  • Maintain regular correspondence with instructors and students.


Marketing and Promotion

  • Develop and send email marketing campaigns for upcoming courses.

  • Design and post social media content

  • Create course flyers, signage, and other marketing materials.

  • Prepare targeted campaigns for enrolled students.


Class and Course Management

  • Create and manage Zoom meetings, and Google Forms for course enrollment and evaluations.

  • Track attendance, manage rosters, and communicate makeup/retake options.

  • Facilitate virtual classes via Zoom and assist with technical issues.

  • Maintain course materials (e.g., textbooks, e-books), digital records, and class files.

  • Maintain and organize Dropbox folders and share necessary materials with students.

  • Ensure compliance with class standards, policies, and procedures.


Program Management

  • Manage broker enrollment and verify memberships

  • Support the Education Manager in monthly reporting of scholarship data.


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes

  • Respond to phone inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.

  • Process payments, enrollments, and maintain accurate student records.

  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for educational sessions.


Exam Coordination

  • Prepare class rosters and exams

  • Provide exam materials (labels, instructions, scratch paper).

  • Input grades and submit course completions

  • Proctor final and open session exams and manage logistics.

  • Update and maintain the Open Session Exam PowerPoint.


Offsite Exam Proctoring

  • Coordinate with current/potential proctors, secure agreements, and ship exams.

  • Work with The CE Shop to obtain proctor codes.

  • Ensure exam completion and reporting follow standardized procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to respond to student needs within policy guidelines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.


Technology & Software Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp, Dropbox, Google Drive (Forms, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, GradeCam, SharePoint

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
