Join our dynamic team in a full-time, onsite role at our small, business casual office.


Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Tulsa, OK Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:



  • Billing: Manage and process customer invoices.


  • Customer Statements: Prepare and distribute monthly statements.


  • Commercial Collections: Handle collections and follow up on overdue accounts.


  • Customer Database Management: Set up and maintain customer information in our database.


  • Sales Tax Reporting: Enter sales tax information into the sales tax software system.


  • Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.


  • Accounts Payable: Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed.


  • Special Projects: May be asked to help with administrative tasks on occasion.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounts receivable.


  • Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred; strong knowledge of Excel required.


  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
