Responsibilities:
Assist with billing inquires
Resolve customer disputes concerning billing and shipping errors by researching accounts
Customer service
Credit review and extensions
Collections (business to business)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related
Knowledge of Excel and Word - (strong computer skills required)
Must be able to work full time, onsite, in Tulsa, OK
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
Previous experience in accounting is not required for this role if you are a degreed professional with strong communication skills
