Immediate opening in Tulsa, OK for an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will assist with accounting, administrative, and customer service duties. The pay range for this role is $16-17.50/hr.

Duties:

  • Assist with accounting tasks as needed
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Send out Tenant Certificate of insurance letters
  • Maintain database for insurance verification
  • Collection calls and letters for delinquent tenants
  • Take maintenance calls and enter details into the work order system
  • Coordinate tenant move ins
  • Review lease agreement
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience with lease and abstracts preferred
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office preferred
  • Knowledge of Yardi or similar software a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
  • Hours:

  • Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite
