Seeking an experienced Buyer for a critical role that blends purchasing and inventory analysis. You will work closely with engineering, sales and leadership to ensure materials and timelines align with production goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing of raw materials, shop supplies, and components (metals, plastics, electrical parts, etc.)

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in coordination with engineering

Follow up on open orders, confirmations, and delivery timelines

Negotiate with vendors, request quotes, and issue purchase orders

Manage supplier relationships

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent experience handling purchasing in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication skills

Must have experience with Syteline (required)

Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel required

Must be comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-volume office
