Credit & Collections Specialist

The Credit & Collections Specialist provides collection of the company's account receivables and approves orders on new accounts. In this role, you will handle dispute resolution and credit review/extensions. This is a great opportunity to work onsite with an outstanding Tulsa company in a business casual office setting.


Commercial Credit & Collection duties include:



  • Resolve customer disputes concerning billing and shipping errors


  • Follow-up on overdue business accounts


  • Research and analyze accounts


  • Assist with requests for credit extension on new and existing accounts


  • Establish credit lines


Qualifications:



  • 1+ year of recent collections experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field a plus


  • Strong customer service skills


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
