The Credit & Collections Specialist provides collection of the company's account receivables and approves orders on new accounts. In this role, you will handle dispute resolution and credit review/extensions. This is a great opportunity to work onsite with an outstanding Tulsa company in a business casual office setting.
Commercial Credit & Collection duties include:
Resolve customer disputes concerning billing and shipping errors
Follow-up on overdue business accounts
Research and analyze accounts
Assist with requests for credit extension on new and existing accounts
Establish credit lines
Qualifications:
1+ year of recent collections experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field a plus
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
