LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Tustin, CA.

The Customer Service Representative position is focused on providing exceptional phone support for clients who are enrolled in our debt validation program. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and SMS, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base by exemplifying our core values to ensure they receive the best possible client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries/complaints with limited escalation to team leaders

• Utilize customer relationship management software to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns

• Document client discussions clearly and concisely

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic when faced with complex problems

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
