Position: Data Entry Specialist
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (flexible start time)
Location: 4 days remote, 1 day in the office

Job Summary: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team on a 4-6 month contract. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle high-volume data entry tasks, specifically inputting invoices into Yardi, their software. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input high volumes of invoices into Yardi software.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all data entry activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance and property management teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of invoices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for data management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry.
  • Experience working within the real estate or property management industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or a similar software is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Collaborative, team player.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
