Technical Support Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a great manufacturing company based out of Vancouver, WA that is known for providing outstanding service to its clients. They are currently hiring for a Tech Support Representative, and they are ready to hire ASAP. They are ideally looking for someone who has great customer service skills, as well as prior experience in a technical role such as a Tech Customer Service Rep, automotive repair, appliance repair, or some type of technical repair. Position Details:

Duration: Direct hire

Pay: $22-$24 per hour

Location: Onsite in Vancouver, WA (in a beautiful recently remodeled building)

Hours: M-F, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a technical role, such as automotive repair, appliance repair, or in a customer service/call center capacity

Need to be able to follow tech diagrams and read flow charts

High attention to detail, with the ability to think quickly and take initiative

Team player with a positive attitude!

What you'll be doing:

Answering calls and emails from customers

Helping diagnose technical issues

Escalating issues to Tier 2 Tech Representatives

Researching and troubleshooting
