LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a great manufacturing company based out of Vancouver, WA that is known for providing outstanding service to its clients. They are currently hiring for a Tech Support Representative, and they are ready to hire ASAP. They are ideally looking for someone who has great customer service skills, as well as prior experience in a technical role such as a Tech Customer Service Rep, automotive repair, appliance repair, or some type of technical repair. Position Details:

  • Duration: Direct hire
  • Pay: $22-$24 per hour
  • Location: Onsite in Vancouver, WA (in a beautiful recently remodeled building)
  • Hours: M-F, 40 hours per week

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical role, such as automotive repair, appliance repair, or in a customer service/call center capacity

  • Team player with a positive attitude!
  • What you'll be doing:

  • Answering calls and emails from customers
  • Helping diagnose technical issues
  • Escalating issues to Tier 2 Tech Representatives
  • Researching and troubleshooting
