Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
  • Process payments accurately and timely
  • Create and submit invoices to vendors
  • Communicate with vendors regarding any issues on accounts
  • Assist with reconciling accounts
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding payments
  • Perform administrative duties such as filling and scanning
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team effectively
