Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Western Suburbs

Position Summary:
A growing, globally affiliated technology services group (~$100M revenue) is seeking a Corporate Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead consolidated financial reporting across four business entities and one holding company, including operations in the UK. This role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical part in financial analysis, audit coordination, tax reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate financial reporting across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external deadlines.
Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and uncover trends or anomalies.
Build strong relationships with controllers across business units to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Lead external audit coordination, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Manage tax reporting processes in partnership with external tax consultants.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial reporting and operational workflows.
Utilize advanced Excel skills and work across multiple databases to streamline reporting.
Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, especially within the context of a publicly traded parent company.
Proven experience in financial consolidations and external audit coordination.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Experience managing tax reporting and working with external consultants.
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
