LHH is looking to fill a Temp to Direct Hire Senior Accountant Job in Vista, CA. The Company is very motivated to find something capable of rolling their sleeves up and working directly with Owners. In addition to the below details, this Senior Accountant will ideally have experience within manufacturing / an inventory-related industry! The Company offers M/D/V benefits, a 401k, and a very casual office setting!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR ACCOUNTANT JOB

· Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end close procedures

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts

· Perform monthly account consolidations

· Creating Process Improvements and SOPs

· Assist with financial audits as well as preparing work papers required by external auditors

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of four years of general accounting experience

· Familiarity with QuickBooks Online

· Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables

· Ability to work autonomously; oversee one Clerk
