Looking for an admin role with an Award-Winning Company? LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Admin Assistant for a Contract-to-hire opportunity in the DMV Area. The contract is 6 months or more. In this role you will be working closely with the Director to assist in keeping schedules organized and handling electronic records, as wells as some oversite for projects. Responsibilities

  • May organize events, meetings, or conferences including all logistics
  • Track inventory of office supplies
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping of all electronic records
  • Assist with front desk duties i.e., greeting visitors, answering phones
  • Assist in other clerical duties as assigned

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8am-5pm
