LHH is currently seeking a seasoned administrative professional for a temporary Administrative Assistant job in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Non-Profit and will be a self-starter.

As the Administrative Assistant you will serve as the primary point of contact for office administrative needs and will provide assistance to a senior level executive.

Job Details:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Manage all meeting and event logistics
  • Develop, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Responsible for all clerical needs
  • Provide support to payroll and HR
  • Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of administrative/office support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Location: working in office, D.C.

    Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

    Employment Type: Full time, Contract
