LHH is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter for a long term temporary job in DMV area

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have prior recruitment support experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely positing of open jobs into ATS as well as internal website
  • Review applicant resumes and respond to applicants in a timely manner
  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and arrange meeting logistics
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Skills Required:

  • Experience with ATS and HRIS.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office
  • Fundamental knowledge of HR policies/procedures
  • Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Schedule: Full Time
