Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the editor to plan, implement, and manage the publication schedule.
  • Meeting with writers and agents to discuss the editorial and publication process.
  • Proofreading manuscripts to identify any grammatical and spelling errors.
  • Researching facts and new features to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth publication schedule.

  • Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) publishing.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, together with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in support of a team.

  • Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration, communication, or a related discipline.
