LHH is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our client's team that is located in the greater DC area. The ideal candidate will have a career Executive Assistant background. This person will be responsible for assisting tasks such as scheduling, responding to emails/phone calls, taking meeting notes, and any other administrative tasks. This is a contract-to-hire position with a chance to go permanent!

Responsibilities/Duties:

-Work directly with executives internally in all aspects of daily work routines

-Manage calendar schedule: meetings, appointments, presentations, and travel (if needed)

-Responsible for taking phone calls, emails, faxes, and mail and be able to distribute accordingly

-Attend all mandatory meetings and be able to take notes for internal visibility

-Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports

-Monitor office supplies and equipment

-Assist with the new hire process

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Ability to use Microsoft programs such as MS Office, Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
