Executive Assistant

LHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of two executives in the DMV area. The ideal candidate will be able to remote into the office 5 days a week and will be able to step into this position will all knowledge of the core responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management – large volume
  • Reporting to multiple Executives at once
  • Expense reports
  • Travel arrangements – both domestic and international
  • Send and receive emails
  • Coordinate events as needed
  • Auditing work
  • Manage and communicate with vendors
  • Compose meeting minutes
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Ability to work independently
  • Data entry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Concur experience a plus
  • Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Multi-tasker
  • Organized
  • Tech Savvy
