Responsibilities

  • Preparation and communication of reporting instructions and templates to FNIH grantees, including establishing timelines for the reporting process
  • Supporting the initiation of new programs and grants as needed
  • Monitoring compliance with reporting requirements and following up on non-compliance issues
  • Gathering and consolidating grantees' reports and program metrics
  • Managing service contracts with external vendors in support of project activities
  • Ensuring awardees’ compliance with grant terms and conditions
  • Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work within complex, multifaceted projects
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work well with all levels of organizational structures
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective workflow processes and procedures, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Skills

  • Strong analytical and logistics skills
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
