Requirements

  • Calendar management/ appointment scheduling
  • Assist and oversee I-9 documents
  • Handling Incoming/Outgoing Mail/monitoring HR mailboxes
  • Filing documents
  • Update/Distribution timesheet
  • COVID-19 HR tasks/mailing out test kits
  • Office inventory
  • Updating department schedule
  • Answering phone/email
  • Assist with pre-employment tasks and onboarding
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Human Resource work preferred or heavy administrative work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Outlook
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Employment: Temp

    Hours: 40 hour/week
