LHH is seeking an HR Coordinator with 1 or more years of experience in an administrative or HR role. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate looking to make a foundational step in their human resources career. Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, written and editing skills, and ability to handle sensitive information.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to employees, managers, and the HR community in response to inquiries related to a broad range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to HR policy, staffing, benefits, and performance management. The HR Coordinator will perform administrative management activities in support of HRIS functions, including processing life-cycle transactions such as onboarding, status change, compensation, separations, etc.
Qualifications
- 1 + years of administrative or HR related role
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and teamwork
- The ideal candidate is a skilled and thoughtful communicator who can effectively work with people from a variety of experiences and backgrounds; customer service oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Works with senior leadership implementing DEI indicatives
Responsibilities
- Help organize, coordinate, and carry out all human resource projects and processes
- Serve as an HR ambassador helping employees and external parties with HR-related information requests
- Assist department in areas including recruitment, new hire onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, document preparation and review, records management, data validation, and special projects
- Perform data entry in HRIS, including entering new hires, job/pay changes, terminations, and data batches
