Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment are required.
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Outlook and high proficiency in Excel. Prior experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
  • Skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
