Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department

Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves

Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration

Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews

Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees

Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment are required.

Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Outlook and high proficiency in Excel. Prior experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business
