Interim Attorney - Remote

LHH is seeking an Interim Attorney, for a REMOTE opportunity with one of our clients. The contract term will last potentially, up to 6- 8 months. If you are interested in this career opportunity, apply today!

Duties:

Reviewing existing contracts to make sure they fit new privacy standards.

Make amendments

Negotiate with Venders

Check for accuracy

Project Management- Keep track of projects making sure work is done and anything that needs to be completed gets completed.

Follow up with vendors and stay persistence to make sure they complete and fill out required documents.

Requirements:

3-5 years of contract experience is preferred.

Ability to work minimum of 20 hrs a week.

Stick to a consistent schedule and be accountable.
