Maintenance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions (f.k.a. Ajilon & a division of the Adecco Group) is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the coordination of all maintenance throughout the facility

Improve the value of all plant assets through increased reliability and lower operating costs

Actively emphasize the importance of safety to the crew

Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and Electricians. Track team KPI’s, develop training plans, and assist with career development

Lead process improvement efforts in the plant

Communicate effectively with key internal personnel to avoid unplanned downtime

Adopt technology to assist in achieving company goals

Develop cost reduction initiatives for the plant

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Skills:

BS in Engineering or similar field

5+ years of maintenance and/or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment

Exposure to PLC troubleshooting

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
