RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating the development of profiles of prospective candidates; researching and identifying specific candidates and groups within each profile

• Coordinating a proactive, creative strategy for contacting individuals and managing strategy accordingly

• Ensuring candidates and internal stakeholders receive a high-value experience at all touch-points throughout the recruitment process

• Collaborating with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of related experience in a law firm including experience supporting all aspects of recruiting lifecycle

• Proficiency with databases and PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite required
