LHH is looking for a highly skilled recruiter in the DMV area who is anxious to join a growing team. Candidates with prior experience in recruiting and knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring practices will be considered for the position. Job duties include sourcing candidates, determining applicant qualifications, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications, work history and skill sets to the job requirements. This role will continuously partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate would have a passion for recruiting and looking for an opportunity to help grow their career.

This is a temporary position paying $25-30 a hour with potential to be permanent at 60-65K.

Job Details

  • M-F, 8am – 5pm

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources

  • Familiar with relevant employment law
  • Experience with applicant tracking software and CRM systems

Fully remote but only open to DMV candidates as job will require monthly meetings in Washington, DC
