Provide high level of administrative support to a group of five senior level executives

Extensive calendar coordination and meeting agenda

Responsible for complex travel arrangements, coordinates itineraries maintaining passport and visa requirements; etc.

Create executive level presentations, charts, reports, and correspondence

Prepare and reconcile expense accounts and prepare reports, spreadsheets

Plan, schedule, and arrange business and staff meetings

Prepare and edit incoming and outgoing communications as well as meeting minutes
