LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a contract position. The candidate will be answering calls, handling scheduling, directing people face-to-face, as well as other clerical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls.
  • Greet and direct guests.
  • Schedule & coordinate conferences and meetings.
  • Clerical duties such as filing, faxing, record keeping.
  • Manage office supplies and office mail.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills

  • Microsoft Office skills such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Compensation

  • Starting at $15/hr
  • Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday
