Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, talent acquisition, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience using Paylocity for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Administer and support payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Paylocity for HR data management, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including EEO, FMLA, and ADA regulations.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including coaching managers on employee development.
  • Develop and implement HR programs to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist with training and development programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing employee training.
  • Support HR projects related to process improvement, engagement initiatives, and organizational development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or senior HR role.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000

Please note, this position will be fully on-site.


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per hour
