Job Title: Automotive Accounting Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dealership environment and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily banking functions including deposits, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking

• Handle general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Process accounts payable and receivable specific to automotive transactions

• Reconcile schedules such as inventory, flooring, and warranty receivables

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and dealership policies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive accounting or dealership finance

• Strong understanding of banking procedures and general accounting principles

• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and on-site full-time in West Palm Beach
