LHH has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Coordinator in Wilmington! This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to get advance their skill set in Human Resources.

Past experience working for an automotive manufacturer is required. Common duties consist of assisting with the recruitment process, helping with the onboarding of new hires, coordinating events, and helping implement new HR policies. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding
  • Arranging company wide events
  • Assisting with benefits enrollment and timekeeping
  • Helping set up and implement new company policies
  • Other various activities

Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Human Resources role is required
  • Past experience in the automotive industry is required as well
Skills:
  • Professionalism and interpersonal skills when dealing with employees of all levels within the company
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Products as well as computer usage in general
  • Keen attention to detail
Experience:
  • Three years of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Direct hire
Compensation:
  • $50,000 to $60,000 per year
Work Hours:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday thru Friday
