The Carolinas LHH team is working on an opportunity with a highly regarded full-service firm seeking an Employment Attorney to join their busy team. This position requires sophisticated practice experience and an appreciation for in-office work culture and collaboration.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • 4+ years of experience with defense-side employment law matters; a mix of counseling and litigation strongly preferred.
  • Practice should touch on: counseling businesses on difficult employee relations issues, conducting internal employment investigations, and defending employers in civil and administration employment litigation matters.
  • License to practice in North Carolina.

This role offers an opportunity to be a go-to member close-knit team working alongside a partner who is lauded relationship management and business development



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
