HR Generalist

We are on the search for a new HR Generalist to join our team! We are a global leader in design and production for our industry. We are located across 18 countries and have roughly 4,000 employees. Duties for the HR Generalist Include:

Asist with recruiting initiatives from job posts, to screening and onboarding

Work closely with HR Manager on developing strategic initiatives focused around training and development

Support employees with questions and concerns involving benefits - basic benefits administration tasks

Experience for the HR Generalist Include:

3+ years' experience within HR

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Previous experience with benefits administration and FMLA

Degree preferred but not required
