Duties for the HR Generalist Include:

  • Asist with recruiting initiatives from job posts, to screening and onboarding
  • Work closely with HR Manager on developing strategic initiatives focused around training and development
  • Support employees with questions and concerns involving benefits - basic benefits administration tasks
  • Experience for the HR Generalist Include:

  • 3+ years' experience within HR
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience with benefits administration and FMLA
  • Degree preferred but not required
