We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Lead for one of our clients in Woodstock, GA to oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts and manage a team of recruiters supporting multiple regions. This role is critical to ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent across a variety of roles, including hourly field staff, administrative professionals, and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters. Conduct weekly 1:1s, monitor recruiter pipelines, and enforce production goals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each role and market. Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between HR and operations. Attend daily hiring meetings to assess workforce needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Onboarding & Compliance:
Manage onboarding processes including offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and drug screenings. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and turnover. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing recruiting teams
Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or field-based industries
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
