LHH Is in search of a Full Cycle Recruiter, for a client near the Wyoming MI, area. LHH is seeking an experienced candidate for a temp/temp to hire position. If the following sounds like the position for you, please apply immediately!


Temp/Temp to Hire position


$25/HR


Monday – Friday


8AM – 5PM


Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Creating and posting jobs descriptions
  • Onboarding new employees (background checks, drug screens, reference checks)
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager

  • Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
  • Flexibility in recruiting style in order to meet hiring needs and deadlines
  • HRIS and/or ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong multi-tasking, and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Able to work individually or in a team setting
