Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to support operational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Proven success in managing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
