LHH Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader for a dynamic manufacturing facility in Youngstown, Ohio.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably within manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and spare parts inventory.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to support operational goals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

• Proven success in managing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
