LHH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician with 4+ years of experience in the quality assurance field. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment and is passionate about driving quality excellence across processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM) to verify product specifications.

• Document and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain calibration records and ensure inspection equipment is functioning accurately.

• Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in training team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ CQT) are a plus.
