Travel Operations Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Travel Operations Coordinator in the Ypsilanti area! This role will assist busy traveling professionals with managing accommodations for business trips! Employment Type: Contract with potential to go to hire

Pay: $19 an hour

Schedule: Second Shift- 2PM to 12 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Book accommodations for traveling professionals by creating hotel and ground transportation reservations
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service for all incoming needs
  • Assist with troubleshooting any issues as they come up
  • Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma Required
  • 2 years of Office based customer service required
  • Experience in Hotel, Airline, or Transportation industries preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
