Contracts Administrator

LHH is currently seeking a Contract Administrative Representative. This position is located in Zionsville, IN. If you have 4+ years of professional Office Administrative experience, strong organizational skills and looking to grow with an established organization, please apply now!

Salary: $40,000- $45,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What you'll be doing:

Handling contracts

Organizing transfer packets

Transfer follow-up calls

Indexing new contracts into our client’s system

Reviewing pending contracts for issuance

Any other general tasks as required

What you'll need:

Previous professional Office Administrative experience is a MUST!

Experience working with annuities is a HUGE plus!

Competency with computers, physical and digital filing systems, and typing

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving skills

Professionalism and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Professionalism and strong attention to detail is a MUST!
