  • Salary: $40,000- $45,000
  • Industry: Financial Services
  • Location: Zionsville, IN.
  • Type: TTH
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • What you'll be doing:

  • Handling contracts
  • Organizing transfer packets
  • Transfer follow-up calls
  • Indexing new contracts into our client’s system
  • Reviewing pending contracts for issuance
  • Any other general tasks as required
  • What you'll need:

  • Previous professional Office Administrative experience is a MUST!
  • Experience working with annuities is a HUGE plus!
  • Competency with computers, physical and digital filing systems, and typing
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Professionalism and strong attention to detail is a MUST!
