Supporting a Major Commercial Bank’s Needs for Customer Service Talent

Business Challenge
At the beginning of 2019, the client was experiencing an urgent need to fill a large number of customer service roles at their Charlotte, North Carolina corporate office. Due to our strong reputation as experts in supporting major commercial banks seeking this type of talent, the client reached out to our Charlotte branch for help with the project.
Our Solution
Over the course of a three-month period, we filled 70 customer service positions at their Charlotte location. To coordinate this effort, we scheduled back-to-back interviews in which an LHH Recruitment Solutions colleague sat on-site to assist client stakeholders. We were able to use this process for the first two months, which gave us the opportunity to meet more client managers and build strong relationships with them.
Results
Due to our performance on that initial project, the customer has engaged LHH Recruitment Solutions for multiple, high-ramp efforts in Charlotte, including a similar project for another 20 customer service roles later that year.
Additionally, we have parlayed our success in Charlotte to other markets throughout the country, including Detroit, where we have leveraged those same best practices gleaned during our initial support to meet their needs for another 162 administrative and customer service roles.
Today, we are this client’s recruiting source for all temp and temp-to-hire needs for administrative and customer service talent in both Charlotte and Detroit. To date, we have placed more than 300 associates on assignment in these two locations.
