Position: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Mostly remote, with occasional office time in Hillsboro, OR Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour DOE Job Type: Full-time Duration: 9-12 month contract


About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Healthcare Recruiter to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, including intake discussions with hiring managers, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of positions within the healthcare sector.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent healthcare positions.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


  • Source candidates primarily through direct sourcing methods to deliver the best candidates at all levels across all disciplines.


  • Collaborate with the team to lead search/headhunting activities to ensure quality delivery.


  • Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of each role.


  • Post positions, conduct interviews, make and negotiate offers, and contribute to the onboarding process.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required


  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically for providers and roles within Healthcare


  • Experience using an HRIS and/or ATS


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
