Position: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Mostly remote, with occasional office time in Hillsboro, OR Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour DOE Job Type: Full-time Duration: 9-12 month contract
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Healthcare Recruiter to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, including intake discussions with hiring managers, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of positions within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent healthcare positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Source candidates primarily through direct sourcing methods to deliver the best candidates at all levels across all disciplines.
Collaborate with the team to lead search/headhunting activities to ensure quality delivery.
Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of each role.
Post positions, conduct interviews, make and negotiate offers, and contribute to the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically for providers and roles within Healthcare
Experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and stay organized
