Stephen Tibbs appointed to lead LHH's Leadership Consulting practice

Woodcliff Lake, NJ (September 18, 2008) - Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading talent management solutions company announced today that Stephen Tibbs has joined the company to lead its Leadership Consulting Practice. As the Senior Vice President of Leadership Consulting, Tibbs, based in Irvine, California, will be responsible for developing the strategy, business alliances, offerings and delivery framework for LHH's global network of executive coaches and consultants.

Tibbs has more than 25 years of Fortune 500-level human capital and organization change and development experience.  Most recently, he was Partner within the Leadership Consulting practice of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. Prior to that, he was CEO of Blue Vase Enterprises, the organization consultancy he founded. Before joining Accenture, Tibbs was Vice President of Strategy, Operating Systems, Succession Planning and Management Development for California-based CKE Restaurants and also headed the Operations Training and Development function for PepsiCo's Taco Bell.  He earned his bachelor's degree in health education from California State University, Long Beach and his master's degree in human resource management from the University of Redlands.
