LHH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our construction client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for billing construction projects monthly
Progress billing
AIA billing
Portal billing
Lien waivers
Reconciliations
Assist with AR aging and collections
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Billing experience within a construction environment is required
Experience with Procore, Textura or similar software is highly preferred
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Compensation:
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience. This position comes with PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match and more.
Work site:
Onsite; 5 days a week
