- Duration: 9-12 month contract
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location: Mostly remote, occasional office visits in Hillsboro
- Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour based on experience
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for permanent healthcare roles.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Primarily source candidates through direct methods for quality results.
- Lead search and headhunting efforts in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct intake meetings to grasp role requirements.
- Handle posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years' recruitment experience in Healthcare, especially for provider roles
- Proficiency in HRIS and/or ATS usage
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel both independently and in team settings
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
