Position: Healthcare Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support a prominent Healthcare client. This role offers mainly remote work with occasional office visits (2-3 times monthly) in Hillsboro. Ideal candidates boast 2-3 years' experience in Healthcare recruitment, adept in sourcing for various positions like Providers, Medical Assistants, and Dentists/Doctors.   • Duration: 9-12 month contract
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Mostly remote, occasional office visits in Hillsboro
  • Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for permanent healthcare roles.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Primarily source candidates through direct methods for quality results.
  • Lead search and headhunting efforts in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct intake meetings to grasp role requirements.
  • Handle posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years' recruitment experience in Healthcare, especially for provider roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS and/or ATS usage
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel both independently and in team settings
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
