Contract/Temp to Hire
$22.00 - $26.00 per Hour
- Directly support 12 Project Managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized and easily accessible manner.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, and provide timely updates to Project Managers.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Project Managers as needed.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Must have 2 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role, within construction, electrical, or plumbing industry is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
