Job Description: We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our manufacturing processes and products. This position is open to recent college graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or individuals with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, components, and systems that meet quality, performance, and cost targets.


  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes for product development and validation.


  • Conduct engineering analyses, simulations, and tests to evaluate product performance, identify design flaws, and propose solutions.


  • Assist in the selection of materials, components, and manufacturing processes to optimize product design and production efficiency.


  • Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.


  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.


  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in mechanical engineering.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field for recent college graduates; additional experience preferred for candidates with 2-3 years of industry experience.


  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and drafting.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical applications.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, casting, or injection molding is desirable.


  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) software and project management concepts is a plus.


  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Salary range: $70k-$85k
