Position: HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist
Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Accurately process biweekly payroll using Paylocity software, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
New Hires and Open Enrollment: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage open enrollment procedures.
Benefits and Leaves Administration: Audit benefits packages, manage leaves of absence, and provide guidance on benefit inquiries.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all HR activities adhere to legal requirements, including timely reporting and meticulous record-keeping.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment by addressing employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Engagement Activities: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive company culture.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Paylocity software preferred.
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
