Job Title: Sales Coordinator Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annual Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Friday) Location: Creve Coeur, MO Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in business development, marketing and company branding
  • Prepare Excel Budget Estimates and Proposals
  • Maintain up-to-date sales tracking and assist in analyzing sales prospects, product categories and market trend forecasting
  • Produce and distribute specified sales tracking and forecasting reports, including the Proposal priority list
  • Ensure accurate contact information for potential prospects and current clients
  • Send monthly follow-up emails to designated Sales Prospects, Budget Estimate, and Proposal recipients
  • Facilitate sample deliveries, create purchase orders and review contracts
  • Cultivate positive and reliable customer relationships
  • Update, maintain, and enhance website templates; including improvements to templates
  • Enhance brochures/flyers as necessary
  • Oversee ordering and inventory management of apparel and swag items
  • Manage samples ordering and inventory, including cabinets and countertops
  • Assist in coordinating occasional customer outings/events.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated work history providing support
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales applications
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
